CANCELLATION POLICY

 
We understand life can be unpredictable and even the best laid plans need to change. 
 
The following policy is used to guide our collective expectations when life doesn't go to plan. 
  • Any cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to info@collaborationgroup.com.au.

  • Public Workshop Participants will pay The Collaboration Group the amount set out on the website in advance of the program delivery.

  • Clients of 'Ready-to-Go' or "Made-to-Measure' Workshops will pay The Collaboration Group 50% of the fee proposal in advance of the program delivery.  The outstanding 50% will be paid within 14 days of workshop delivery.

  • The Collaboration Group will render a tax invoice to the Client based on the amount set out on the website or fee proposal.

  • Cancellation requests received by The Collaboration Group more than 14 working days prior to the program commencement date may entitle the participant to a refund or transfer to another date (subject to availability), at the discretion of The Collaboration Group.

  • Cancellation requests received by The Collaboration Group between 4 and 14 working days prior to the program commence date incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellation requests received by The Collaboration Group within 4 working days of the program commencement date will incur the full program fee.

  • In the unlikely event of program cancellation by The Collaboration Group , participants will be notified as soon as possible and are entitled to a full refund or transfer to another date (subject to availability).
