Bonnie Miller

Bonnie Miller is a qualified and experienced mediator, coach, trainer, investigator, and behavioural analyst, who brings professionalism, emotional intelligence, and care to all her clients.

 

Bonnie resides in Melbourne and has diverse experience collaborating with clients across the private and public health and education sectors, commercial sector, and state and federal governments and statutory bodies.

Bonnie's skill allows her to quickly gain understanding of her client's needs, and supports her to deliver a service focused on personalised attention, tailored solutions, implementation support, and resilience building.  She is passionate about working with clients to strengthen personal and social competence to improve wellbeing and organisational performance.  Bonnie assist her clients using advanced communication techniques and understanding of human and organisational behaviour to drive personal, professional, and organisational growth and change.

She has held the positions of; Investigator & Conciliator, Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission, Conciliator, Office of the Health Services Commissioner, and Special Advisor, Mental Health Complaints Commission.

Bonnie is currently an appointed panel mediator of the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman and the Office of the Franchising Mediation Adviser.  She is also a Director of Melbourne Mediation Centre.
